Job Summary
The Production Manager oversees and participates in the daily manufacturing process. The Production Manager is responsible for day-to-day scheduling, management of the workforce that consists of Company employees and temporary employees, and coordinates between various departments to meet the Company s output objectives.
Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and mentor junior employees
Participate in the scheduling process
Prepare and execute daily operational plans
Schedule workforce according to the manufacturing schedule
Oversee and assist with equipment setups, facility cleaning, and maintenance activities
Record operational metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and implement training programs for production and maintenance
Provide support to the quality team ensuring that cGMP s are fully supported
Qualifications
Required Skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to read, write and train employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s)
Ability to lead, implement and train process improvement
Ability to analyze and correct issues in a timely manner
Problem analysis and resolution
Established track record in process improvement implementation
Experience and Education
Bachelor s Degree in Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field preferred
5
years of experience in manufacturing management, experience managing 10
people required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
