Superintendent - Commercial Construction Supervisor
Job Description
Watts Construction is looking for a full time project superintendent to join our team at our established commercial construction company in Southern Utah.
Responsibilities
The applicant will be expected to supervise the field construction of a project and complete the work on schedule, within budget and to the quality of workmanship specified. They will need to have a thorough knowledge of all project documents such as drawings, specifications and addenda. They will also need to complete tasks such as on-site meetings with the project manager, architect and owner, create 3-week look ahead schedules, safety adherence as well as weekly/daily safety meetings, coordinate inspections and testing, project reporting and documentation organization. They must also maintain good relations and communications with all involved in the project including the public.
Qualifications
We are looking for talented people with a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience who take pride in what they do and enjoy the construction industry.
