Maintenance Technician
Full Time experienced maintenance technician needed for an established student apartment community in St. George, UT. Great property, residents and benefits. $11 or more based on experience. Apply in person at the Red Rock Ridge Student Community Office located @ 344 South 1990 East in St. George.
Self Motivated. Plan, schedule and control expenditures. Communication skills with office staff. Organized. Punctual. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and walk multiple stairs daily. Climb a ladder 12 feet, & reach 2 - 3 feet overhead. Complete work orders in a timely manner. Maintain and repair physical structure of buildings. Be able to complete a make ready apartment quickly. Assist with grounds when needed. Be able to clean and test pool / Jacuzzi. Order parts and check warranties.
