Join one of Saint George's favorite restaurants The Black Bear Diner, a Full Service Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner restaurant located off exit #6 at Bluff and Main.
Our restaurant team is looking for a manager with a customer service background, a mature, confident, friendly and fun individual that has the desire for doing the best for the guest and creating a great environment for the crew, training is done in the Saint George store one of the top ranked operations in (sales, guest counts, consistent volume, and brand representation)
Responsible for maintaining high degree of guest and staff member satisfaction while
completing day-to-day operation of venue.
Responsible for nightly cash outs and closing duties of staff members and walk through of
venue.
Helps maintain a trained staff through effective use of employment orientation, individual training sessions, employee meetings and implementation of company policy and training systems.
Assesses the effectiveness of employees, provides candid, fair feedback on a regular basis, and continuously works with employees on their areas of development.
Monitors acceptable employee performance and documents situations that require or could lead to disciplinary or corrective action. Completes and maintains appropriate paperwork for employee files.
Assures compliance with company policies, practices and procedures.
Flexible 5 shift 45 hour work week
Salary negotiable based on experience

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Maintaining high levels of service quality, hygiene, and consistency
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
Ability to manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge while promoting culture and values
2-5 years managerial experience within a food service company
21 years old required,College Degree,High School Diploma, or GED, preferred
Dependable transportation with Valid Driver's License and Insurance
