As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our vacation rental properties.
While we prefer candidates with a general maintenance background and experience in spa and pool maintenance and pest control, we are willing to train motivated individuals who possess the required skills.
Please note that this position entails weekend work on a part-time basis.
However, exceptional performance during the seasonal period, which concludes in September, may lead to a potential opportunity for a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine home maintenance tasks Inspect vacation rental properties to identify and address maintenance issues Conduct routine checks of pools, spas, and other outdoor amenities Work with a team of maintenance technicians to complete tasks Requirements:
Must have own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license Available for weekends once a month and nights one time a week Ability to work independently or with a team Must be coachable and willing to learn new skills Reliable and able to meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills Recommendations (Not required):
Spa maintenance experience Pool maintenance experience Pest control applicator license
