Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining properties at their best? Our property management business is seeking a meticulous individual to join our team cleaning properties and performing routine inspections.
In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning houses between tenants and conducting property inspections to ensure they meet our high standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of properties between tenants, including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces.
Conduct detailed property inspections to assess cleanliness, maintenance needs, and adherence to company standards.
Document routine inspection findings accurately in our PM software and promptly report any issues to the management team.
Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, replacing air filters, smoke alarm batteries, etc.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
Collaborate with property managers to ensure efficient turnover of properties and timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning or property management preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
