The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing our team, and ensuring our patients have a great experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, creating systems, and having fun.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Supervise office team and ensure they are performing their duties effectively - Manage schedules and appointments for doctors and team - Oversee billing and insurance processing - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance - Assist with human resources tasks such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Bonus Qualities - Previous experience in office management or a related role - Proficiency in practice management software - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus If you are a highly organized individual with experience in office management, we encourage you to apply for this position.
