Hold a daily morning meeting with your team for effective communication and coordination Conduct face-to-face visits to homes, introducing our company and showcasing our products or services Ability to stand and walk outdoors for an extended period Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic team of canvassers to drive a result Requirements and Skills:
Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license with an approved driving record Results-driven mindset with a hunger for success Possessing the capacity to uphold a professional and positive demeanor Complete a paid basic management course Our Canvass Managers enjoy:
Lucrative earning potential- Guaranteed base rate of $55,000/annually Uncapped daily bonus opportunities Additional monthly bonus opportunities Average first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000 annuallyTop performers earn over $100,000
