You will be the person that provides top-notch customer service while showing off your solid customer service skills.
Here's what you'll do:
oReceives incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determines purpose of the call, and collects/verifies contact information.
oEnters all relevant customer information into the point-of-sale system.
oSets appointments for flat projects in order to promptly close the sale.
oAssist Auto Glass Customers using open ended question to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best possible information about the vehicle.
oPromptly responds to email requests to secure the opportunity.
oCollect payment from customers for the work performed.

Job Requirements The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the ISR position at Glass Doctor:
oOne year or more of customer service experience preferred.
oKnowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade oMust be insurable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
oMust be willing to complete a background check and drug screen.
oStrong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time.
oOutstanding phone skills.
oStrong computer and internet skills including a proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
oExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
