Real Estate Talent Recruiter
We are looking for a professional real estate recruiter to help us identify driven team leaders and agents.
You'll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they're a great culture fit for Fiv.
Ideally, applicants are personable and can balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time.

Responsibilities:
o Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication o Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria o Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics o Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected o Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure the team is providing exceptional service at all stages of the home buying/selling process.
Qualifications:
o Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales o Verbal and written communication skills are a must o Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services o Superb time management and organizational skills Compensation:
$70,000 - $90,000 yearlyo Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure the team is providing exceptional service at all stages of the home buying/selling process.
