Initial Screening:
Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and motivation.
Gather information on candidates' skills, achievements, and career aspirations.
Documentation and Evaluation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions and assessments.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to evaluate and rank candidates based on predefined criteria.
Communication:
Clearly and effectively communicate with candidates, providing information on the recruitment process, job opportunities, and company culture.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific position requirements and preferences.
Candidate
Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback.
Address candidate inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Collaboration:
Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Provide input on process improvements and contribute to the development of screening strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field is desirable.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-Oriented:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
