We are in search of an experienced assistant to aid one of our executives in their daily tasks.
We are in search of a self-motivated individual who can take initiative to complete objectives and can delegate tasks upon other individuals.
Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives - Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Prepare and transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls - Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible - Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting - Coordinate logistics for company events and meetings - Use office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and DocuSign for various administrative tasks - Perform data entry and maintain databases with accuracy and attention to detail Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and phone systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Note:
Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
