This project is a unique opportunity to build a luxury senior living facility, 15 townhomes, and 44 custom homes in a lava field overlooking Snow Canyon State Park.
We are looking for someone who has construction experience, is self-motivated, and is a team player.

com Assistant Superintendent Assistant Superintendent to supervise contractor work and quality throughout the job.
Assistant Superintendent is responsible to match invoices, deliveries, and sub-contractor completion.
Assistant Superintendent is responsible to check site for trash, OHSA concerns and Erosion control.
Assistant Superintendent will inform the General Superintendent or Superintendent of all safety and SWPPP violations.
Assistant Superintendent to ensure Sub-contractor Safety Meetings/Tool Box Talks are occurring every week and being turned in for GSC records.
Assistant Superintendent will inspect subcontractors work and workspace daily.
Any issues will be reported to the Superintendent.
Assistant Superintendent to punch out of finished units and any running inspection items.
Assistant Superintendent will be in charge of installation of mailboxes, bike racks, signage, etc.
(when not contracted out to subs).
Assistant Superintendent will help the General Superintendent and Superintendent in any way possible and perform other tasks as requested.
Assistant Superintendent will be in charge of daily attendance onsite including the Morning Coordination Meeting attendance.
Assistant Superintendent will help with the coordination of jobsite logistics and maintain relationships with adjacent building teams and subcontractors.
Assistant Superintendent will work with the Superintendent on timecards, ensuring they are cost coded correctly and turned into payroll by Friday evening each week to Project Manager.
Assistant Superintendent helps document project site and construction activities in writing and photos.
Assistant Superintendent will help with job closeout procedures, including the punch lists.
Assistant Superintendent will help Superintendent create meeting agendas and distributing as needed.
Assistant Superintendent will attend applicable meetings as required by Superintendent.
Assistant Superintendent will seek to learn and keep GSC on the leading edge of the industries standards.
Assistant Superintendent will help to maintain an orderly, clean, safe jobsite that is organized with storage, staging, parking access, etc.
Assistant Superintendent will walk twice a day looking for safety issues and will report any issues seen to the General Superintendent or Superintendent.
Assistant Superintendent will be in charge of maintaining SDS sheets at the project office and all safety-related information.
Assistant Superintendent to be looking on site for any materials not listed in site SDS sheets and get it added.
Assistant Superintendent will assist Superintendent on working with sub-contractors to schedule in proper work sequence to complete project within the given budget and time frame.
Assistant Superintendent is responsible to verify all rough openings and layout.
Assistant Superintendent will help in preparing material delivery log, managing punch lists, and maintaining as-built drawing set.
Assistant Superintendent will learn to read contract documents (plans, specs, shop drawings, manufacturer's installation instructions, etc.
) to assist in quality control.
Assistant Superintendent is responsible for keeping track of material stock.
