This person will be responsible for dispatching work orders for HVAC systems within the organization.
This may include ordering replacement parts, authorizing work, and communicating with workers and suppliers regarding the status of work orders.
Pay rate is $17-$25 DOE This is an in-person position.
Remotely work is not available at this time.
Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator:
1.
Manage and support all portal work requirements.
2.
Track and sustain a 72hr SLA ticket turnaround.
Produce a weekly report on all parts 3.
Dispatch the right tech to the right call at the right time.
4.
Manage the GPS system.
5.
Ensure all techs check in by 8:
00 am (October to May) and 7:
30 (June to September) 6.
Understand and Onboard All New Customers with Partnership Manager 7.
Work with Service Managers and Technicians on All Scheduled Work 8.
Schedule all return calls and parts follow up 9.
Report all Calls Input on a Weekly Spreadsheet 10.
Manage all PM scheduling and customer calls.
11.
Understand the strengths and weaknesses of all technicians 12.
Ensure timely turn-around of all Quotes Skills, Knowledges and Proficiencies Ability to work under pressure.
Good organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask.
Good people skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good customer service skills.
Knowledge of the HVAC industry.
