Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and self-motivated person to work in our traffic control dispatch office.
This person will schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles for the conveyance of materials and for servicing Traffic Control Plans for our clients.
This includes tracking crews and materials and keeping detailed logs, providing information updates to the field, assisting customers over the phone and in person, arranging for equipment and product repairs, etc.
Qualifications include:

Ability and desire to work with others across the company, providing exceptional service to our customers, and helping the company grow.
Organizational Skills:
Prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks with high-quality results within specified timelines every day and focused attention to detail.
Self-Motivation:
Work independently, following instructions and procedures with minimal supervision, recognizing what needs to be done and doing it.
Geographic Knowledge:
Excellent understanding of the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas.
Ability to read maps and identify the most effective and efficient routes for drives.

Preferred Responsibilities include:
Coordinating efficient deliveries and services daily.
