This role is designed for an individual who can seamlessly transition between various positions, providing support across different departments within our organization.
Key
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Assistance:
Assist in organizing and managing inventory.
Prepare and pack materials for installations.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for efficient logistics.
Installation and Service Support:
Support installation teams with on-site tasks.
Assist in servicing and maintaining windows and doors as needed.
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
Operations Assistance:
Contribute to the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating tasks.
Work closely with the operations manager to address immediate needs.
Driving and Forklift Operation:
Drive trailers for transportation of materials.
Operate forklifts for loading and unloading.
Multifunctional Collaboration:
Adapt to various roles within the company based on operational needs.
Work collaboratively with different teams to meet project requirements.
Requirements:
Previous experience in warehouse, installation, service, and operations is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Forklift certification is advantageous.
Ability to adapt to various roles and responsibilities.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
