We are looking for a customer-oriented Sales Administrator to process sales orders and assist in daily customer service activities.
This position will act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face.
Our customer service reps are genuinely excited to help our customers.
They're patient, have excellent communication skills, and are super eager to make the sales experience the best it can possibly be! They love to interact with our customer base.
Problem-solving comes naturally and we are go to great lengths to provide the best service possible! Our goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Answer incoming calls Generate Sales Orders Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and keep good documentation Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Knowledge of Firearms preferred Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree Job Type:
