As an independently owned franchise that is locally owned we are in search of an experienced Office Assistant to grow with us! This is a great entry level position into our company working in our Water Cleanup department.

Use MS Office programs to input information (Excel, Word, OneDrive, etc.
) Effectively communicate with management to complete tasks Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls using phone contact handling skills, active listening, and problem resolution to satisfy customer and insurance agent needs.
Perform office tasks such as email correspondences, filing paperwork, addressing mail, creating invoices using Xactimate, uploading pictures, etc.
Work accounts receivables by placing phone calls to customer's and insurance agents to collect on open invoices.
Daily tasks will change from time to time depending on the current needs of the Water Cleanup department.
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 2 years customer service/office experience Excellent written and verbal communications skills Must be able to report to work as assigned with minimal absences Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively unsupervised Strong multi-tasking skills Comfortability using computers, Ipads, various computer programs, telephones and other technology on a daily basis Daily use of office equipment (printer, scanner, ipads, phones, etc.
