George, UT, is seeking to hire a talented Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, and security of our brand new, state-of-the-art, 60,000 sq.
foot building.
Our brand-new campus has four floors, and the first floor is dedicated strictly to lifestyle.
This includes a basketball court, a bistro, and a yoga room, all located next to the Santa Clara trailhead.

As our Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Ensure the Onset Building is maintained and is in pristine condition Manage the maintenance of the grounds Coordinate site safety inspections Coordinate all maintenance issues and schedules Oversee the maintenance and repairs of the Onset Building Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance Manage vendor relationships and contracts for maintenance and repair services Inspect facilities and facilitate repairs as needed Maintain a professional work ethic and conduct Assist the IT department with installation of desktops, laptops, and phone systems Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a facility manager or relevant position Self-motivated and self-directed Attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift things Proven experience with vendor management IT experience is preferred but not required Well-versed in facility management best practices Ability to adapt to shifting tasks and responsibilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
