Factory Powersports strives to provide great customer service in new and used sales, parts and accessories, and service and repair for recreational machines.
Factory Powersports is seeking a Receptionist / Admin Assistant.
The purpose of this role is to help the dealership run efficiently.
The hired candidate will answer incoming calls, greet customers, organize and complete documents, pick up registration/plates weekly from the DMV, and other dealership support duties as assigned.
A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are required.
Schedule:
30-36 hours per week Tuesday through Friday 11:
30am - 6:
00pm Saturday 9 am - 4 pm (Saturday required) Opportunity in future to be full-time
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Dependable and punctual Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
