This position is temporary but could turn into a permanent poistion.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner - Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records - Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred - Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communication - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Experience with office management tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
