Overview:
The Member Services Representative has the opportunity to talk with medical providers and members to answer any questions they have related to their benefit plans.
A day on the job may consist of:
Handling client's questions over the phone and Via email Providing eligibility and benefits to providers offices Enrolling new members and clients Sending out Members ID cards Data Entry for client's benefits information Clear out email boxes for members and clients This job may be for you if you have:
Excellent communication skills including active listening Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software Ability to type at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy Be highly organized and show a high attention to details High school diploma or equivalent Helpful experience but not required:
Working with insurance companies Knowledge of Insurance plans or self-funded options Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Work Hours:

Full-time, non-exempt Salary:
Starting at $18 an hour or $19 for Spanish speaking with the opportunity for a pay review after your first 60 days, plus quarterly performance based bonuses targeted to add 8% to your total compensation for the year.
