The Service Advisor communicates with technicians and must be able to understand conversations about vehicle mechanics, electrical elements and digital components.
The Service Advisor communicates with customers and educate them on maintenance/repairs for their vehicle.
The Service Advisor helps the customer understand what must be done, what is recommended to be done, and what is coming in the near future.
All in the interest to produce longevity and optimal performance of their vehicle.
Strong customer service skills understanding of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Sales skills Good follow up.
Experienced in the auto industry preferred but not required.
