Position Summary Our part-time customer service representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members via phone, email, and chat.
As a customer service representative, you are the voice of our organization.
Part-time employees can work up to 30 hours a week.

Respond to member requests and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
Resolve member issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide excellent customer service to members via phone, email, and chat.
Act with a sense of urgency to address member needs.
Create positive and innovative solutions that enhance the member experience.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Able to type 40 words per minute.
Good writing skills.

George, UT Business is open 7am-6 PM (M-F).
Schedule will be during these time, based on your availability.
We are always closed on weekends.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
