The position will include responsibilities such as:
Conversing with customers over phone, email, web chat, social media, etc.
Reporting updates on orders to customers Helping resolve issues with customers Answering any questions customers may have either before or after they place their order Requirements:
Courteous phone attitude Ability to resolve situations in a calm and professional manner Don't take negative situations personally Clock-in on-time Be a fun person Able to multi-task, phone calls, emails, chats etc.
Experience with off-road and adventure products is a huge plus.
Experience with social media business conversations is a plus.
Work hours are 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday on site in St George, UT.
Product knowledge training will be provided on-site.
This role has a direct growth path to our Marketing Department.
Over the next couple of years, we expect to double our staff, including the marketing department.
This role would be preferred to move into a full time marketing position when available.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
