This Position:
We are experiencing growth and are seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to become part of our team! You will provide overall support to a team of attorneys and work under their direct supervision.
This position will focus on assisting clients pursue their claims for personal injury.
Office Hours are 8:
30 AM - 5:
30 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8:
30 AM - 1:
00 PM on Fridays.
Description:
Someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of multiple cases Looking for someone who has basic computer and filing knowledge, is prompt and on time, has a team player attitude, professional demeanor, and strong customer service and clerical skills.
Personal Injury experience is a plus but we're willing to train for the position if you have the right attitude, and you are a quick and eager learner.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients during the pre-litigation process to address their questions, concerns, and to provide and obtain updates.
Communicate with insurance adjusters and healthcare providers to provide and obtain status reports to facilitate Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefit payments.
Gather and review medical and billing records.
Draft and send pre-litigation settlement demands when appropriate to resolve claims.
Organize and maintain files, update records, manage correspondence, and maintain file organization.

Our office is located on the third floor of the Black Ridge Buildings overlooking beautiful St.
George, Utah.
Most of our team was either raised in Southern Utah or has made it their home.
St.
George is where people come to escape cold weather, and we're near many State and National Parks.
