We can teach our employees all the required wilderness living skills, but the ability to embrace productive discomfort is a must.
A shift runs 8 consecutive days in the field, with 6 days off at a time.
Pay ranges from $175-$262/day, along with opportunities for bonus pay up to $6,100 within the first year of employment.
You can expect to make up to $52,000 in your first year.
($1,000 sign-on bonus for those with 6
