Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and face to face - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Process orders exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding matters - Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer service -Work closely with physician's offices and referral sources Requirements:
