We are a leading engineering firm looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our growing team.
This is a permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in aligning our HR strategy with business goals.
You will be responsible for managing all HR functions including but not limited to employee relations, staffing, payroll administration, and performance management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance, managing benefits programs, and fostering a high level of employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
1.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company objectives.
2.
Manage all aspects of employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and performance improvement.
3.
Oversee the staffing process, from recruitment and selection to onboarding and training.
4.
Administer payroll using ADP and ensure accurate and timely processing.
5.
Manage and administer benefit programs, ensuring compliance with FMLA, EEO, AAP, HIPAA, OSHA and other relevant regulations.
6.
Develop and implement compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.
7.
Measure and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, make informed decisions, and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
8.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
9.
Provide management and coaching to HR team members, promoting continuous learning and development.
10.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the engineering industry.
3.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures, legal compliance, and employee relations.
4.
Proven experience with staffing, payroll administration, and benefits programs.
5.
Strong understanding of HR metrics and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
6.
Excellent knowledge of HR systems, particularly ADP.
7.
Familiarity with FMLA, EEO, AAP, HIPAA, OSHA regulations.
8.
Proven track record in managing compensation and performance management processes.
9.
Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
10.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
11.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
12.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategy with business objectives.
