Responsibilities:
Enters budget data and adjustments into financial accounting software and reconciles any differences Reviews data and information for accuracy and makes corrections when necessary Maintains accurate records for all transactions affecting budget preparation Ensures records and reports are kept safely and securely Produces reports and statistical data as needed Performs administrative and secretarial duties as required Processes and pays invoices Prepares and distributes checks to employees and vendors Completes and submits tax returns Maintains divvy budgets Oversees receipt reconciliation Performs other related duties as assigned.
Assists with Month end closing procedures Completes Journal Entries when needed.

Qualifications:
Excellent math skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
