Cinnamon Hills helps students ages 12-17 that struggle in their home learning and living environments to develop the skills necessary to succeed.
Cinnamon Hills seeks an Administrative Assistant for its Human Resources Department.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
You will provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department and Human Resources.
You will compile and update employee records, both hard and soft copies, track Human Resources information, and will assist with recruiting, personnel development, employee relations, job evaluations, candidate tracking, and tracking employee information.
The successful candidate will be organized, timely, and personable, with great computer skills.
POSITION
Responsibilities:
Organize and prioritize Human Resources Administrative functions; Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources and those within the organization that rely on Human Resources information; Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies); Process documentation and track information to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, tie off requests, performance evaluations etc.
); Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies; Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential; Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.
); Maintain the HR calendar; Regularly interact with employees; Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures; Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Participate and Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees; Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database; Additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements and skills Computer typing skills (MS Word, EXCEL, and related Office Products) (Google Suite of Products as well); Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Excellent organizational skills; Strong communications skills; Detail oriented focus on tasks; Ability to manage a high volume workloads; Excellent interpersonal skills in communication; Follow the Program Structure and to uphold the rules of the program; and, Responsible for other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Background Screening; Mandatory Drug Screening; TB Screening; Interpersonal skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
