The rate of pay is up to $18.
00 / HR, plus bonuses and commissions.
Hours for this Part-Time Maintenance Specialists / Assistant Manager position are within our scheduled business hours:
Monday-Friday 9:
00-6:
00 Saturday 8:

00 Candidates for this Part-Time Maintenance Specialists / Assistant Manager position need to have the following
Qualifications:
Available during office hours.
Able to perform light office duties.
Basic computer skills.
Attention to detail:
maintenance issues must be documented and reported.
Time tracking is also important, so work can be appropriately assigned and billed.
Ability to build, implement, and track a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
Must be a self-starter, and able to recognize need before a task is assigned.
Be able to perform regular maintenance duties including but not limited to minor fixes such as repairing locks, complete regular maintenance tasks, inspect & trouble shoot various items, swamp cooler maintenance- minor repairs, replace lighting.
Be able to perform regular cleaning duties including but not limited to trash collection, bathrooms, dusting, sweeping, mopping, painting & maintaining outside landscaping grounds in between services, Have a fun, energetic, customer service personality.
Have a high work ethic.
Have reliable transportation.
