80 an hour JOURNEYMAN A journeyman is an experienced worker whose role will vary on the line of industry where one is involved.
They work without supervision from a master craftsman.
Most of the responsibilities will revolve around performing manual work such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical tasks, and other forms of trade.
Handle business repair areas, such as plumbing, electricity, ventilation, air conditioning, and other building systems.
They are responsible for evaluating problematic systems and determining what repairs need to be performed.
Planning contract quality controls required by the company Quality Control Plan and contracts requirements Communicating contract-specific quality requirements to all affected departments, subcontractors and suppliers, and customers Identify quality problems Controlling corrective actions Verify implementation of corrective actions and preventive actions Responsible for executing daily tours to ensure its building is operational Responsible for responding to urgent tenant issues and coordinating resolution with its colleagues Responsible for completing work orders / preventive maintenance checklists related to HVAC Stop work when continuing work may adversely affect the quality or cover up a defect Prevent the use of equipment or materials that may adversely affect the quality or cover up a defect Perform lighting installation and carpeting Repair equipment and various machines and appliances Identify, document, and report maintenance and repair work Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed REQUIREMENTS (EPA 608) Journeyman Licence, HVAC Certificate- or Plumber Journeyman Licence BENEFITS Vacations, Holidays, and Sick leaves Uniforms Health & Welfare Benefit Security Shoes 17 hours per week Job Type:
