Semi-annual cash incentive bonuses based on performance.
Maintenance position is a position that requires general knowledge of janitor and maintenance duties.
Employee must be able to work well alone as well as with others.
Duties include but are not limited to cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool and hot tub, general maintenance of rooms, yard work and landscaping, taking luggage to rooms for guests, and any other duties assigned by the management.
