As a Customer Success Manager at HFB, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued clients.
You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve their objectives.
This position will provide our clients with a single point of contact for escalation resolution and support key service initiatives.
Job Description:
Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Conduct regular check-ins and proactive communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for additional services or upselling.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, objectives, and challenges.
Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working closely with internal teams to resolve them promptly and effectively.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on leveraging our web development solutions to achieve their business goals.
Act as a brand ambassador for HFB, maintaining a positive image of the company at all times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Web Management, Development, and SEO to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Address escalation and cancelation tickets as they arise Manage or create reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success management, account management, or client services Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to perform in stressful situations Handle a high volume of email and outbound calls to help solve escalations Strong understanding of web development principles and technologies highly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactive approach to customer service, with a focus on anticipating and addressing clients' needs.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and success.
Proficiency in project management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, Slack, and Google Suite Job Type:
