This will be an in-office position that will require you to assist your team by scheduling, planning, and developing goals within your area to obtain great customer satisfaction! What You Will Bring:
Organized and on schedule in updating sheets and statistics for the team and setting goals Confident and certain that they know the product very well and can give any additional training to specialists to help with educating the customer Familiar with CRM, Google Sheets and Google Documents Can create trust with Agents and know how to care and motivate each Agent Able to set high goals for the team, constantly encourage them to make it, help team overcome obstacles as many times as needed to achieve the goals Is a quality teacher and can give positive and constructive feedback Can lead and motivate by example Able to work in a team environment and have a self-employed mentality Able to confront another and have direct communication on things that need to be corrected or fixed in a positive uptone manner resulting in the person wanting to fix those things Clear and effective communicator both verbally and in writing What You Will Do:
Collect and deliver supplies for the CCS team Fill out company sheets with information regarding team Collect returned correspondents and info packs, log on sheet Train members of the Customer Correspondence Team to ensure that they are comfortable to work remotely and will meet goals of the team Ensure all of the letters, postcards, and Special Letters written by the team are effective and efficient, conduct Audits to ensure quality Ensure all of the correspondences written by the team are worded in such a way to promote Preferred Customer activation, conversion, and retention Work closely with the Customer Sales Director to report the effectiveness of the team along with establishing goals that need to be met Recognize and acknowledge performance of staff Analyze statistics of each team lead to know where improvements are needed Prepare the agenda for weekly and monthly team meetings Ensure timesheets are approved each week Write CSWs as needed to get things approved for establishment of the team Track team attendance after weekly meetings are held for the company and team Why You'll Love Working Here:
