The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the facility and its personnel.
The ideal candidate will have a background in facility management, project management, and/or construction.
With concentration in HVAC, Plumbing, Boilers, Electrical, Grounds Maintenance, Required to learn Standard Operating Procedures and cGMP's.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field preferred Minimum of 5 years' experience in facility management or related field Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) as well as PM Programs.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and staff at all levels of the organization Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and under deadline pressure Must be able to multitask and prioritize duties during peak times when deadlines are most demanding.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be able to pass drug screen.
