POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Youth Development Mentors provide for the care, welfare, safety, and security of students.
Youth Development Mentors are responsible to assist in resolving student behavior problems through nonviolent crisis intervention techniques.

Responsibilities:
Provide for the care, welfare, safety, and security of students Emergency medical care Emergency preparedness in time of disaster, fire safety Nonviolent crisis intervention Responsible to assist in the resolution of student behavior problems Transporting students as needed Over the counter medication documentation Cleaning activities Responsible for other duties as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
21 Years of Age High School Diploma or GED (Graduation Equivalency Diploma) Preference is Given to a College Degree Background Screening Clean Drug Screen TB Screening Experience working With Teen Students is Preferred (Not Required) Residential Treatment Center Experience Preferred (Not Required) WAGES AND

Our program structure and well-trained staff work together to ensure an environment that is safe and conducive to participating in the full scope of academic and therapeutic services so that each student has the tools necessary to succeed.
