Our Internal Transportation Coordinators manage and assist other sales personnel with corporate clients and trade shows.
In this role, you will be dedicated to brokering loads, managing, and developing relationships, to reduce the amount of time booking and scheduling.
You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service both internally and externally.

What you will be doing:
Booking loads for out-of-town shows - (to and from) with our outside broker networks for all Fern branches.
Identifying new outside brokers/carriers to use based on markets and pricing.
Locating local carriers that we can partner with within the Midwest.
Managing 3rd party logistics.
The bidding process includes Load tracking and Processing invoices.
Coordinating Fern's 3rd party trailer rentals including the bidding process, usage tracking, and invoice processing.
What you'll bring:
3
years' experience in Transportation and logistics.
High school diploma or equivalent Proven ability to balance multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet deadlines Strong client relationship and service delivery experience Excellent written and presentation skills Proficiency with MS Office Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
