Auto Detailer and Front Desk Operations
Looking to expand our team with a front desk operations manager.
Candidate would be responsible for customer sign ins taking phone calls doing in person sales for walkins quality checks on vehicles before delivery and general help and admin for the owner.
All of this requires extensive knowledge of detailing paint correction and Ceramic Coating so you would start in the work shop from the bottom learning the way we perform and execute all of these services.
After being fully immersed in and mastering these skillsets you would be offered a position to assist in front desk operations explained above.
Candidate would be required to master detailing paint correction and ceramic coating Be professional clean cut and confident Provide administrative support Do in walkin and callin sales Manage scheduling and customer follow up Manage workflow with shop manager Be responsible for final quality control Manage any customer complaints and find solutions Be flexible and able to prioritize tasks and manage todos No experience necessary.
Must be very professional courteous and confident in speaking with customers.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
