by determining priorities and managing time Make and manage travel and transfer arrangements for President Travel with President to meetings Take meeting minutes and notes for files Manage Presidents client accounts Follow up on various activities to ensure closure completion and deadlines are met Handle sensitive and confidential information requiring a high level of discretion Maintain files and payment of personal invoices Run personal errands which include but are not limited to instore purchases and returns pickup and dropoff various items Go to person for misc tasks on multiple accounts Responsible for organizing eventsengagements Computer saavy internet research Social Media Microsoft Office graphic and media design a plus.
Responsible for answeringreturning phone calls and follow up Help President with various personalprofessional misc tasks Strong attention to detail and prioritizing daily tasks Excellent communication skills with the ability to concisely and confidently present accurate information Drivers License.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
